Hestia Construction is another owned and operated business under the family business umbrella of AgeCare
Hestia previously provided design-build solutions for the Senior Living and Residential sectors, specializing in delivering multi-generational, "aging-in-place" communities. However, restructuring and changes were made to keep Hestia focused on construction and management and not the design element of its projects.
Hestia maintains the culture of a family company with the distinct capability to deliver quality and value, regardless of the project's size, location, or complexity. Hestia builds partnerships that extend beyond construction, and our success is evident through continuous innovation, skilled value engineering, process efficiency, and long-term asset appreciation.
Hestia Construction's inception was in 2009 as a partnership with AgeCare, to develop, design, and build AgeCare’s multi-generational communities. Hestia has since completed 4 large campus developments for AgeCare, 2 commercial projects for Aspire Developments and has been instrumental in evolving the “aging-in-place” model; enabling individuals, families, and seniors to live in interconnected communities that feature a variety of lifestyle options and a complete continuum of care
Within 6 years, Hestia has expanded its portfolio, with a full-service corporate office and industrial warehouse, housing AgeCare's affiliated commercial laundry facility. Hestia’s major campus developments have included several commercial spaces of varying complexity, affordable rentals for low-income families, market rentals for staff, 55+ independent living units, as well as luxury-style buildings, that support the needs of the local communities.
