CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
We work alongside the design team to look at constructability, cost, scheduling, lifecycle review. We manage Design and Construction Schedules, once design is complete, we issue tender documents to subcontractors, suppliers to develop a lump sum price for construction to then execute the construction phase similar to the General Contracting format.
Hestia services include three main project delivery models;
DESIGN-BUILD
We work closely with the Owner, Architect and Engineers to create the building that the client desires. The finished design drawings and specifications are then tendered to create a lump sum price similar to the General Contracting format.
GENERAL CONTRACTING
Hestia’s duties would be managing the sub-contractors, material suppliers, project scheduling, Quality Control, Testing & Commissioning and turnover in adherence with design drawings and specifications to the owner.
